  • 1.What are the gym's hours of operation?

    • Both locations are open Monday to Friday from 5:30 AM to 10 PM, Saturdays 7AM – 9PM and Sundays 8AM – 8 PM. *Hours subject to change on holidays

  • 2. What types of memberships do you offer?

    • We have a wide range of membership options to suit your needs. Choose from off-peak, month-month, or commitment options. We also have discounts for couples. View membership options by clicking here and ask about our special rate options for seniors, students, and preferred employers/essential workers.

  • 3. Do you offer personal training?

    • Yes, we have certified personal trainers available for one-on-one sessions, buddy sessions, and small group sessions. You can book a consultation with one of our trainers to discuss your goals by clicking here

  • 4. Is there a free trial?

    • Yes, we offer a 7-day free trial for new members to experience the gym.

  • 5. Do you offer group fitness classes?

    • Yes, we offer a variety of group fitness classes. You can check the class schedule online by clicking here.

  • 6. Do I need to make a reservation for classes?

    • Reservations are required for group classes, we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot by using the StuyFitness App. Booking opens 8 days in advance at 12pm.

  • 7. Are there any age restrictions for membership?

    • Members must be at least 16 years old to join.

  • 8. Can I bring a guest to the gym?

    • Yes, members receive 12 complementary guess passes a year. Just visit the front desk with your guest to get them checked in!

  • 9. Can I freeze my membership?

    • Yes, you can freeze your membership for up to 3 months. Just let us know before the 1st of the month to make any adjustments to your membership.

  • 10. What is your cancellation policy?

    • Our non-commitment membership types require a minimum of 2-month billing cycle. After 2 months, you can cancel any time before the 1st of the month. Commitment memberships can also be cancelled any time before the first of the month, after your commitment period is over. You can complete your cancellation request by clicking here.
