January 2026: New year, new you! Record your starting weight and body composition in the first 10 days of January with a personal trainer using our InBody analyzer and get your final measurement 30 days after initial assessment. The biggest % lost in 30 days wins! Men's and Women's will have a separate competition, and the winners will be announced after February 9th, 2026. LES MILLS PROGRAMS

We're excited to offer two Les Mills programs for the winter, spring, and fall. Les Mills Strength Development is a science-based and research-driven program designed to build strength and muscle through weightlifting and resistance training. Les Mills Shapes blends Pilates, barre, and power Yoga for the ultimate low impact, high results workout. Both programs consist of a sequence of 45-minute progressive workouts twice a week for 12 weeks.

Get Outside & Active

OUR FITNESS PLAYGROUND

Located in the southwest corner of StuyTown (Playground 7), the Fitness Playground is available exclusively for residents with keycard access, and up to 1 guest per resident. Residents ages 15 + (ages 12-14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian) can enjoy free daily use from 5am-9pm, weather permitting.
