OPTIMAL AIR QUALITY EDUCATIONAL MATERIAL
StuyTown Peter Cooper Village promotes an optimal air quality education to make awareness of indoor and outdoor air quality preservation to minimize the impact of health, particularly for vulnerable occupants, such as, children and elderly. HAZARDOUS WASTE MANAGEMENT POLICY
This policy addresses safe collection, storage, transportation, and disposal of applicable types of hazardous waste at StuyTown. Beam Living is responsible for properly managing hazardous waste generated from operations and maintenance, as well as providing training and educational materials to residents to reduce toxic chemical exposure and enhance public safety.

EMERGENCY GATHERING POINT
An emergency gathering location plan is designed to accommodate residents and occupants according to the assigned building in the event of a building evacuation, while maintaining a clear and security destination for our community to evacuate when instructed by authorities and instructed via AlertMedia or e-mail.
