What We Offer
The Program Includes: 2 workouts per week for 12 weeks starting March 31st Pre, mid, and post assessments measuring strength and body composition Progress and weight tracking week over week WhatsApp Group with your Coach for check-ins, accountability, updates, and more 1,000 Perkville Points for completing the program Entry into a raffle to win a Whoop Band (upon program completion) Challenge: The participant with the greatest strength gains and increase in lean body mass by the end of the program will receive a free month of StuyFitness membership or $100 towards personal training or a small group training package!
